Cannot open BearExtender Mini Window
This page refers to BearExtender Mini on Snow Leopard only.
Symptom: A small percentage of Snow Leopard users may experience problems opening the BearExtender Mini window, or have the menubar icon disappear unexpectedly.
Solution: Please send an email to support@bearextender.com with the subject line "Snow Leopard" to receive a special software download link.

System Report
1. Try to reproduce the problem
2. Go to Apple Menu > About this Mac
3. Click "More Info"
4. File > Save as...
5. Save the System Report on your desktop
6. Email the file to support@bearextender.com
