My Windows 8 Tablet came with a Micro USB to standard USB adapter. Do I need your adapter cable?
No, if your Windows 8 Tablet already came with an adapter cable or the keyboard attachment/dock has a standard USB port, you do not need our adapter cable.
Can I use this cable other USB devices like a USB flash drive?
Yes, this cable allows you to connect other standard USB devices like a USB thumb drive. Your tablet's Micro USB port may not provide enough power to operate larger accessories such as a USB hard drive or scanner for example.
Does this adapter work with my tablet?
If your tablet has a Micro USB port and it runs Windows 8 (Not Windows RT), then this adapter is compatible.
If your Windows 8 tablet already has a full size USB port, you do not need this adapter.
